Competitions Terms of Entry — Advantage Tyre Solutions 

1. Promoter

The competition (“Promotion”) is run by Advantage Tyre Solutions New Zealand (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”). The entrant acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Eligibility

– Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
– Employees of Advantage Tyre Solutions, its agencies, sponsors, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter, and neither are trade/fleet customers.
– One entry per person per Promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
– Employees and family members of promotional collaborators, sponsors, or advertising agencies are also disqualified.
– Past winners may be ineligible for a defined period (e.g., 90 days). 

3. Promotion Period

Each Promotion will specify:
– Start and end dates and times (e.g., “Entries open at 00:01 on DD Month YYYY and close at 23:59 on DD Month YYYY”).
– Entries received outside this window are ineligible. 

4. How to Enter

– Entry mechanisms may include commenting, liking, sharing, tagging, filling out an online form, or completing a purchase with receipt evidence.
– Specify clearly the required platforms (e.g., Facebook comments) and acceptable entry forms.
– No automated or bulk entries allowed. Any attempts using scripts or multiple accounts will result in disqualification. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

– Winners will be selected at random, via a computer-generated draw or independent observer.
– Winners will be notified within a defined timeframe (e.g., within 5 business days) via phone, social media or email. They must respond within a limited window (e.g., 24–48 hours) to claim the prize.
– If contact is unsuccessful or prize not claimed in time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

6. Free Giftwith Purchase Promotions 

– Offers valid for eligible products purchased.
– Free gift will be sent by courier within 14 working days of completed service/tyre fitment or pickup in-store, thus completing the purchase process.
– Offers apply to cash, EFTPOS, credit and finance transactions. Standard finance criteria and charges apply to finance transactions.
– Offers exclude fleet, commercial and trade customers.

7.  Prize Details & Alterations

– Prizes will be clearly specified in each promotion post.
– Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.
– We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
– Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity or promotional use of their name and image. 

8.  Publicity & Privacy

– By participating, entrants consent to having their name, entry, and image used for promotional purposes without compensation.
– Personal data collected will be used and retained as per our Privacy Policy. 

9. Data Protection & Privacy

– Entrant data will only be used for administering the Promotion, prize fulfillment, and permitted publicity.
– No personal data will be sold or retained longer than necessary. The handling of contestant data complies with applicable NZ privacy regulations. 

10. Liability & Release

– We are not liable for technical issues (e.g., lost, delayed, corrupted entries), nor for failures in contact attempts. Proof of entry or notification is not proof of delivery.
– Entrants release and hold harmless Advantage Tyre Solutions from any claims arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law. 

11. Disqualification

– We reserve the right to disqualify:
   – Incomplete, altered, or illegible entries.
   – Entries that breach these terms (e.g., bulk/automated entries).
   – Participants attempting to gain unfair advantage. 

12. Cancellation & Amendment

– We may modify, extend, suspend, or cancel a Promotion at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fraud, error, Force Majeure).
– In such cases, we’ll make reasonable efforts to minimize negative effect on participants. 

13. Finality

– All decisions made by Advantage Tyre Solutions regarding the Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 

Terms & Conditions: Free Balance & Rotation Promotions

1. Offer

   • This offer applies exclusively to passenger cars, SUVs, 4WDs, and utes.

   • Wheel alignments for vans, trucks, commercial vehicles, and any non-standard or specialised vehicles are excluded.

2. Eligibility

   • Available to nominated cash customer accounts who have received this promotion directly from Advantage Tyre Solutions.

   • This promotion is non-transferable and may not be redeemed by individuals or businesses outside the nominated account.

3. Promotional Period

   • Valid only for services completed between 15 September 2025 and 15 October 2025 (inclusive).

   • Bookings must be made and completed within this period to qualify for the promotional rate.

4. Redemption

   • Online bookings: customers must enter the promotional code provided in the EDM at checkout to apply the discount.

   • In-store bookings: customers must present the promotional code to the store manager at the time of booking or service.

5. Participating Stores

   • The offer is available exclusively at participating Advantage Tyre Solutions stores throughout New Zealand.

   • Participation may vary by location. Customers are advised to confirm store participation prior to booking.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

   • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, fleet pricing arrangement, or credit account terms.

   • Any additional work required (including, but not limited to, suspension adjustments, replacement parts, or mechanical repairs) is not included and will be charged separately at prevailing retail rates.

   • Advantage Tyre Solutions reserves the right to decline the promotional rate where the vehicle or service requested falls outside the scope of a standard passenger car, SUV, 4WD, or ute alignment.

7. General Conditions

   • The promotion holds no cash value, is non-exchangeable, and is non-refundable.

   • Advantage Tyre Solutions reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

   • Errors and omissions excepted.

Terms & Conditions – Air New Zealand “12 Days to Christmas” Offer

1. Offer
Air New Zealand customers receive 20% off products and services at participating Advantage Tyre Solutions stores.

2. Validity Period

• Offer is valid only during the promotional dates specified by Air New Zealand’s “12 Days to Christmas” campaign.

• Bookings or purchases must be made within the promotion window to qualify.

3. Eligibility

• Offer is available exclusively to Air New Zealand customers who have received the official promotional communication.

• Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of purchase (e.g., promo email, code, or app confirmation).

4. How to Redeem

• Customers must present the promotional offer in-store or provide the promotion code at time of booking or payment.

• Redemption is available only at participating Advantage Tyre Solutions locations (store list provided below).

• Cannot be redeemed online unless otherwise stated.

5. Included Products & Services
The 20% discount applies to:

• Tyres (all brands stocked in-store)

• Tyre fitting and balancing

• Wheel alignment

• Puncture repairs

• Oil service packages

• Other standard automotive services offered at participating stores

6. Exclusions
The offer does not apply to:

• Fleet, trade, or wholesale purchases

• Tyres or products already on promotion or clearance

• Special order products not normally stocked

• Mechanical repairs not listed as part of standard store services

• Gift cards or prepaid services

7. Conditions of Use

• Discount applies to full retail prices only.

• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, packages, or coupon codes.

• No cash alternative available.

• One redemption per vehicle per visit.

• Advantage Tyre Solutions reserves the right to verify customer eligibility.

8. Availability

• All services are subject to workshop availability and may require a booking.

• Products and tyres are subject to stock availability at each participating store.

9. Liability

• Advantage Tyre Solutions accepts no responsibility for promotional communications not received, lost, or delayed by Air New Zealand systems.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advantage Tyre Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to this offer.

10. Rights Reserved
Advantage Tyre Solutions reserves the right to:

• Amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice

• Refuse redemption if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected
