Advantage is committed to providing quality products and services. This policy outlines your rights and options if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Change of mind (before fitment)
If you no longer require your tyres after completing your purchase, and they have not yet been fitted, you may request a refund.
Please contact our team to arrange this. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Inspection prior to fitment
If, upon inspection before fitting, you are not satisfied with your tyres, you may request an exchange or refund.
This will be handled in-store and may require completion of a Customer Refund Authority form. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your nominated account or original payment method.
After fitment
Once tyres have been fitted to your vehicle, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty products or services
If you believe there is an issue with a product or service provided, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the matter in line with your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
