- Stock Changes: Advantage Tyre Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if the listed stock quantities for a tyre on the website are incorrect
- Limited Warranty: Warranty on these products are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Final Sale: All clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless these were defective from the warehouse as per New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Freight Charges: For South Island customers, a $25 per tyre freight fee applies and is non-negotiable.
- While Supplies Last: Once an item is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.
